I've uploaded the osc directory, and everything seems to be working fine, until I get to the database configuration. I've setup a database on the server, but I am getting the following error: "A test connection made to the database was NOT successful. The error message returned is: Access denied for user: '[email protected]' (Using password: YES) Please click on the Back button below to review your database server settings. If you require help with your database server settings, please consult your hosting company" (osc1 is the database) - and was running from the version of osCommerce that installs via "Fantasico" Can anyone point me in the right direction??? ♥Vger Posted December 4, 2004 Posted December 4, 2004 Okay. In your web hosting control panel, find the link for mySQL, and then find 'Change Password', and then input a password. Then use this password during the Fantastico install process. Vger
