Guest Posted December 4, 2004 Posted December 4, 2004 Ok, i've looked everywhere & I can't seem to find an answer - even though it's been discussed before. When someone sends me an email through the "contact us" page, the body of the message disappears. I can't figure out why. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks a lot!

andes1 Posted December 7, 2004 Posted December 7, 2004 ok i solve the problem in and easy way: I set up my email. you know all the steps for linux--unix servers. YOU will find that at http://www.oscommerce.info after this I copy the original code of contact_us.php (the original code from the clean version of oscommerce) and I replace that in my last version of contact_us.php. and now everithing works very well. :D
Guest Posted December 7, 2004 Posted December 7, 2004 Ok, feeling a little embarassed, I didn't use my file compare with a fresh "contact_us.php" file & now that I have, problem is fixed in two minutes.... Thanks a lot for the reply Andrea! it's greatly appreciated. Opened my eyes.
