Guest Posted December 4, 2004 Posted December 4, 2004 Hi Hopefully you can help me. I have recently started using OScommerce for my on-line shop,and noticed that a mistake keeps happening. Every two to three orders I receive the payment via paypal ;but when I go to admin there is no sign of any order. (THere is no obvious pattern e.g. buying the same product etc) This means that I have to contact the customer and thank them for their payment but ask them what they have ordered. As you can imagine this doesnt look very professional. Any help would be very gratefully received. Many thanks Deano
♥Vger Posted December 4, 2004 Posted December 4, 2004 Go to your PayPal account and turn on the Auto-Return feature. Without this feature switched on, if people complete an order on PayPal but don't hit the 'Continue' button at the end of their order then they don't get returned to your site, and the data doesn't get sent back, and no order e-mails get fired off.
