Linking Front Page To Shop

Hope You Are All Well And Geared Up For Xmas...

 

I Was Wondering If There Is Anyway Of Linking Elements Of My Store To A Front Page..

 

Rather Like Invisions Dynamic Lite , Used For Forums..???

 

Id Like To Display Things Like Random Products On My Front Page Away From The Shop...

 

Or Maybe Just The Specials On Offer And So Forth..

 

Anyone Know If Such A Setup Exists As A Contrib..??

 

Or Any Pointers On Where To Start

If your other page is html based then you can just take links from your osCommerce website and hard code them into the html based website.

 

If you want to display a selection of items then you can use a javascript rotating banner ad script on that page, and link the images that display to (again) hard coded links to specific products on your osCommerce website. Doesn't really need a Contribution to do this.
