Contribution Problem with the Price Break 1.11..2

I need to offer a discount if a buyer buys an item in pairs. I installed the Price Break 1.11.2 contribution and I think I set it up correctly. My site at www.hcca.org/ClubStore/ is still functional.

Howver, how do I configure different prices for whrn the buyer buys 2? The URL for the contribution is: http://www.oscommerce.com/community/contributions,1242. Is there any way to contact the contributor?
