all links are broken in admin/index.php

from the admin/index.php page, all of my links seem to not include the /store/ directory before /admin/ -- so my url looks like this domain.com/admin/page.php instead of domain.com/store/admin/page.php

 

i thought that the file to configure this was similar to the store configure.php page, so i went to store/admin/includes/configure.php and this is what i saw:

i didnt mess with any slashes or anything, so i am a bit confused... is there somewhere else that i should configure the url string for the links in admin/index.php??? thanx in advance for any assistance.
