SureFire Credicard module

hello guys i have installed SureFire / optimal payments contribution . i am stuck at step 3 where it says

 

# Step 3

# Add currency conversion for order total to convert it to your SureFire default currency

 

i only have US Merchant account with firepay and i wana convert all the currencies to it when customers check out thorugh credicard

 

i have looked in the contribution section but cant find any thing related to it

can any one please help me out
