UK Postal Rates Contribution

I am no SQL expert, does anyone have a SQL import file for the UK Postal Rates Contribution.

I don't know this contribution, but all other contributions I've seen come with an sql file with it (those that need one), and then you just go to your database via phpMyAdmin and select to import it. Are you sure there isn't an sql file bundled with this contribution?
