Order emailadress

Hi!

 

Have a oscommerce site for my customer.

The orders is coming in, but the customer

dosent get any emails for the orders.

 

Tryed to send them a email on the emailadress

that is written in the Admin. And its working fine.

 

So what is the problem, please help me.

Is it the customer who is not getting the e-mail? Or is it you (as the site administrator) who is not getting a copy of the order?

 

If it is the latter then you must input your e-mail address into the 'Send Extra Order E-mails' function under Configuration in the osCommerce control panel.

its the company that are selling the products, that dosent get a email.

Then you must put an e-mail address where you see 'Send Extra Order E-mails', under Configuration in the osCommerce control panel - they will then receive a copy of the order that the customer gets.
