tor37 Posted December 3, 2004 Posted December 3, 2004 Hi! Have a oscommerce site for my customer. The orders is coming in, but the customer dosent get any emails for the orders. Tryed to send them a email on the emailadress that is written in the Admin. And its working fine. So what is the problem, please help me. Thanks Tor
♥Vger Posted December 3, 2004 Posted December 3, 2004 Is it the customer who is not getting the e-mail? Or is it you (as the site administrator) who is not getting a copy of the order? If it is the latter then you must input your e-mail address into the 'Send Extra Order E-mails' function under Configuration in the osCommerce control panel. Vger
