Removing Right Column Boxes

I am attmepting to remove some of the boxes in the right and left columns. I did this no problem for the columns listed on the main page however once you click on a product I am assuming that it uses a different PHP file because I cant seam to find where to remove the boxes. I would like to remove "Manufacturer Info" & "Notifications". Any help to the whereabouts of the respective file(s) would be greatly appreciated.

Hi,

I found this topic by doing a search. I have removed the languages and currency boxes by commenting those lines out, but what do I need to do exactly to remove the notifications box? (I'm not good with php :))
