Setting up a system like kelkoo

Is there a plug-in that would allow me to take a feed from an affiliate service such as AffiliateWindow.com to create a price match search service similar to that of Kelkoo, but specialised on my subject matter? :-"

 

Have had a hunt in contributions but can't see anything relevant.
