group sale?

Hey all,

I am looking for "a group sale" module.

for anyone who doesn't know, group sale = lets say 20 pieces of a specific item are sold for a very low price. Two ways: 1. the sale will not take place until all 20 selling slots are full. 2. once a customer places his order it is automatically proccessed.

usualy it's a little box containing the item details and the amount of pieces left.

Is there such a thing for oscommerce?
