Download Products Security

I have successfully setup Download Products however when I come to the check out I can simply by saying that I will pay by Cheque/Money Order get "a free download" without the need to actually pay for it.

 

It there any way for this range of products ONLY that I can set the "Payment Method" to only include "Credit Card" only or is there any other way of securing the Download to be paid for prior to auto download. I also want to exclude the freight charge as well!

 

I obviously do not want to accept CC only for all other products.
