I am trying to arrange a way for my clients to obtain the credit card number but NOT process the number until I have spoken to the client to confirm the shipping rate which differs substantially from order to order. Basically all we want is to just have the convenience of giving our clients the ability to shop with our new store and to easily provide us with their credit card but NOT process it until we confirm the shipping cost with them over the tele.
