Unfortunately, I think I'm missing something in the install process. Goal : - Be able to have unregistered customers enter state/zip code to get estimated shipping costs in cart. Question 1 : - I see that the instructions state 'All options now controlled via the Admin CP'. I can't seem to figure out how/where to do this. Not sure if I need to install something else or...? Currently running M2 with only register_globals contribution and SIC installed. Question 2 : - Looks like this contribution is designed for registered users only (and seems to work great for that).
