Hi,

 

I would would like to pass the product id's and quantity from a custom page to the shopping cart, I am unsure as to how to do it. I was thinking of generating a session id from the oscommerce function and then posting the data to the shopping_cart.php, including the page I am posting from in the define filenames.

 

Would that sound reasonable or a it mad?

why not look at how it is done standard via the "add to basket" button/function ?
