I was wanting to display the state (county) name whenever an address is displayed, instead of the code, because we don't really have codes in UK. I think I should be changing something in the function tep_address_label in includes/functions/general.php or perhaps some code in the checkout_shipping_address.php/checkout_payment_address.php..... but i just don't know enough to make it work!
