trekker9876 Posted December 2, 2004 Posted December 2, 2004 is there a way to discount people if they pick a certain way of paying? Say my prices include the paypal fees, but want to give a discount to poeple paying cheque/money order.
Daemonj Posted December 2, 2004 Posted December 2, 2004 The payment type surcharge should be what you need. If your prices already account for the PayPal fee then try using a negative surcharge amount. I do not know if that will work but it is worth a try. If it does not work, then you will need to modify your prices to be correct and then use the payment surcharge contribution to assess the fee for PayPal payments. "Great spirits have always found violent opposition from mediocre minds. The latter cannot understand it when a man does not thoughtlessly submit to hereditary prejudices but honestly and courageously uses his intelligence." - A. Einstein
