ebutlerenterprises
Hi all, At the moment my shop is located at www.mydomain.co.uk/catalog how do i make it so that it can be seen from www.mydomain.co.uk?? I realise I could always put a main page in but would prefer to go straight there. mike
OceanRanch
As your "subject" line states...... Move all the files/folders from catalog to your root. Then modify your includes/configure.php and admin/includes/configure.php files to remove all references to "catalog". HTH Tom

ozcsys
Could you explain this more detailed, i am a newbie, thank you B) <{POST_SNAPBACK}> All the files that are in the catalog folder need to be moved up one level so that they are directly in your www folder. Then you have to edit your two configure.php files removing catalog from the path. The Knowledge Base is a wonderful thing. Do you have a problem? Have you checked out Common Problems? There are many very useful osC Contributions Are you having trouble with a installed contribution? Have you checked out the support thread found Here BACKUP BACKUP BACKUP!!! You did backup, right?? ♥Vger
The folder you previously protected was catalog/admin Now you have moved your site into the root directory, catalog/admin does not exist and is not protected. You now need to go back to your web hosting control panel, find the 'admin' directory and protect that. Vger
