Guest Posted December 1, 2004 Posted December 1, 2004 Hi, In the process of setting up a new site, and I'm at the point of installing the Worldpay contribution. This has had me baffled for hours tonight. After going through the checkout process to Worldpay's servers, I'm being greated with this error message: Sorry, there was an error in processing this transaction: The information sent from the merchant's site is invalid or incomplete. Please send the following information to the merchant: The transaction cannot be processed due to one or more of the following: the installation ID field is blank or contains invalid characters a different submission protocol is required. For instance, a more secure submission may be required the installation number is invalid The installation ID is correct, though my site is currently using SSL. Does anyone have any ideas on what could be causing this? Regards, Paul Quote
Guest Posted December 1, 2004 Posted December 1, 2004 Typical, as soon as I post here about it, I find what the problem was ! It was the way I the zone setup in my admin area ! Just receiving this error now on callback: Parse error: parse error, unexpected T_STRING in /home/wolff/public_html/includes/header.php on line 12 Will work on fixing that now :) Quote
