Aligning boxes in login.php

I added the contribution to allow someone to place an order without an account.

 

Now there are 3 boxes instead of 2 which is the desired result.

 

However the boxes are no longer centered they're justified left.

 

Does anyone know how to correct this?

Open catalog > login.php

 

Alter the <td>'s to be align="center" instead of align="left"
