Guest Posted November 27, 2004 Posted November 27, 2004 Installed quite succesfully the osc to my site and also went through a test order with myself logged in and a test credit card account...full order processed and logged both with worldpay AND on the osc software. However I have now had two orders come through and whilst the payments are being logged with my worldpay account no order details are being logged with the osc software. Any helps please. Moon
ozcsys Posted November 28, 2004 Posted November 28, 2004 Someone else was having the same problem a couple of days ago. You should do a forum search for worldpay and see if his solution will work for you. The Knowledge Base is a wonderful thing. Do you have a problem? Have you checked out Common Problems? There are many very useful osC Contributions Are you having trouble with a installed contribution? Have you checked out the support thread found Here BACKUP BACKUP BACKUP!!! You did backup, right??
♥Vger Posted November 28, 2004 Posted November 28, 2004 Make sure that you have 'Send extra order e-mails' set to your e-mail address, in your osCommerce 'admin' control panel, under Configuration. Vger

Vger <{POST_SNAPBACK}> If the orders are not being logged in the admin (as in not completed ) then the send extra emails will do no good. For some reason (probably a world pay setting) the customer is not coming back to the checkout success page. The Knowledge Base is a wonderful thing. Do you have a problem? ozcsys Posted November 28, 2004 Posted November 28, 2004 One thing you should install is the Recover cart sales contribution. This will save all carts that your customers leave. This comes in handy when there is a problem with the checkout not getting completed so even though you do have a problem to fix you can get the order info and complete it without any problems.
