Trichome Posted November 26, 2004 Posted November 26, 2004 I am looking for a way to use a flat-rate for some products and "Free Shipping" with others. Maybe even use Fed Ex for some too. Also, can you turn off shipping for some products?

Install the ccgv contribution which allows for credit coupons and gift vouchers - but also allows you to assign a code to certain products, and that code can be for Free Shipping. Customer inputs the code on the way to checkout, and gets free shipping as long as the product selected is in the list for that code. You may have the problem that if someone got free shipping on a qualifying product, but also purchased an item which didn't have free shipping then they'd probably get free shipping on that too - not sure on that last point though.
