sts simple template system

Hi I have just download the latest version and I have problems to run the sts system. I did all the changes and copys as mentioned but i get this messages:

Template file doesn't exist: [sTS_DEFAULT_TEMPLATE]

Did you add the sts code to your configure.php file? If not you need to do so.
