mavrick Posted November 26, 2004 Posted November 26, 2004 Hi all, Before I go ahead and screw things up, this is what i intend to do, is it right? I have a list of new products from my supplier, in Excel format ready to update all items and prices in my store. I will then ..... 1 save it as de-limited .txt file 2 Upload onto the database using easypopulate, "upload EP File" 3 Then have all new products and prices installed with no problems. Can anyone help ? Thanks

The easiest way to do this is to enter in a couple of products manually and then download the ep file to use as a template for adding the rest of your products. The Knowledge Base is a wonderful thing. Do you have a problem? Have you checked out Common Problems? There are many very useful osC Contributions Are you having trouble with a installed contribution? Have you checked out the support thread found Here BACKUP BACKUP BACKUP!!! You did backup, right??

HOWEVER! when I try to download a complete list to edit either download OR copy to /temp file, it times out as I have over 2000 products listed. How can I download from my store a full list of products to edit? Thanks.
