Great contributions, but I do not know where to go within my site to modify the shipping. Please help

If you want to have free shipping on everything you can just use one of your existing modules (table, per item etc) and set the shipping to zero. No real need to install a contribution.

In your osC admin go to modules-> shipping

 

You might want to read through the knowledgebase. It does a good job of explaining the admin among other things.
