Is it possible to remove the checkout section?

Hi,

In my store I want people to order their product first, and then when they are getting the product, they will pay for it.

I cann't use regular php page for this product (with regular form) because I still want to use the loggin information and certification.

 

is it possible to remove the shopping cart, checkout and payment sections for this specific item?

(so the client will only need to choose the configuration of the item, log in and confirm his order)
