help me .....something wrong with my web page

HI ....

 

i wish some1 could help me out of this mess, after setup the share SSL

 

everytime i go to my website it display admin login screen(restricted access)

 

i change a bit but it still appeal ......and then i deleted all the files to install the new one

 

but that login screen still appeal .

 

www.cheapone.com.au

 

can some1 tell what wrong .......and what i have to do ..........i'm really tired .. :( ...

www.cheapone.com is forsale perhaps thats why?

bobg7 - perhaps if you checked www.cheapone.com.au instead of the www.cheapone.com you would have seen the issue. :-"

 

duclelo - you havnt really given much info other than the link, you have a .htaccess file in your root directory/catalog to some which is bringing up this box for login details, try and rename this file in ftp to something else like .htaccessold or somit then see if the box comes up again.

may be you right, but i could not find the .htaccess in fpt ....i tried to upload that file ...but it's invisible in fpt ...........do you have any ideal ?

If you are using WS FTP as your FTP rogramme - go to the site, on the right side of your screen you'll see a box called MkDir, and below that is a blank box. In the blank box type in '-la' (without the quotes), navigate out of that folder, come back to it again, and then you'll see the .htaccess file.

!!!! Where did you learn that !!!! Was that in the Help Manual....I have never seen that.... man thats gonna make life easier...

 

....or scarier..cus I am learning you can do some really cool stuff with .htaccess file :P

i rename the file but it doesn't know Elwyn, and i couldn't work that out ......... some1 help me .......thankz
