My Account or Log Off

Does anyone know how to do this?

 

First, I?m working with STS.

 

What I would like is this:

When a client comes to my store, they would click on ?My Account? to log in.

When they are logged in; I want ?My Account? to say ?Log Off?.

Pretty much I want one or the other to be displayed, not both.
