Here it is: I want to calculate VAT for my customers. If the customer comes from an European country except the Netherlands and he has entered his VAT number, the VAT rate is 0%, in ALL other cases, the VAT rate is 19%. How can I implement such a calculation? Thanks in advance.

Is there a module which let my site be able to collect the customer?s VAT number when they type in their information? If they have VAT number, the VAT rate will be 0%. Otherwise, the price of product will plus 19% for VAT.
