lochie Posted November 24, 2004 Posted November 24, 2004 Where can I find the code on the cart for starting a session, or how can I do this on my home page? I want to have my cart so that when I have a client linking to my cart from inside the and then leaves the cart (stays on the site) and enters the site again his cart still has his items? What my problem is was when a client added items and left the cart and looked at say .. my FAQ page, and went back to the cart, his items were gone. So I have added the session id to every page of my site that doesn't belong to the cart. This has solved the problem so to speak but created another. Now because there is no session when you visit my homepage before entering the cart, it tries to pass a blank session id to the cart, which the cart hates.
