:angry: I was notified by a customer yesterday that when viewing my online store (oscommerce) that it wasn't displaying correctly.

I haven't touched anything so I don't think it is from something I have done.

Can someone please view this site and let me know what they think caused this malfunction. I am so frustrated

www.CryBabyCreations.com/onlinestore

my main website www.CryBabyCreations.com is working just fine

Thanks a bunch

Do a search on "headers already sent" in general support, there are several topics in this issue.

From your website:

Warning: session_start(): Cannot send session cookie - headers already sent by (output started at /home/crybabyc/public_html/onlinestore/includes/configure.php:48) in /home/crybabyc/public_html/onlinestore/includes/functions/sessions.php on line 67

Warning: session_start(): Cannot send session cache limiter - headers already sent (output started at /home/crybabyc/public_html/onlinestore/includes/configure.php:48) in /home/crybabyc/public_html/onlinestore/includes/functions/sessions.php on line 67

Hope this helps

I am so new to all this - that I don't want to touch or do anything that I don't know about.

Have a look in your configure.php file and make sure that there are no rogue empty lines after the last ?>

Usually just deleting the white space at the end of the file clears this up. It's a good place to start.

Now post your config.php file here. Something else is wrong with the entries. Be sure to DELETE the lines that talk about the database. We don't want your database userid/password :-"

Well, from what I can see, the error is gone - so that's a plus. I can't see any of your images, but that may be just me.

When I first visited I got an error saying that the name of the site didn't match the name on the secure certificate.

You are right the error message is gone - but there are no images or background or colors

Now I don't know what to do about fixing that

I also don't know to much about ssl so i will be working on all that soon after i fix this problem

Would you know how to fix it?

I have to step away for now I will be back to check the post soon.

I really hope there is someone out there how can guide me in the right direction. It is so frustrating since the holidays are coming and we want our site to be free of any malfunctions for shoppers.

No, I'm building my site now and this problem is new. I've checkd it out with another browser, Opera, and I get the same issue. So it's not I.E., also I get a message in Opera "Transmission Failure" so I'm assuming the problem is comeing from the Server.

First, change your username and password since you posted it on an open board.

Second, try these settings:

define('HTTP_SERVER', 'http://crybabycreations.com');
define('HTTPS_SERVER', 'https://crybabycreations.com');
define('ENABLE_SSL', true); // secure webserver for checkout procedure?
define('HTTP_COOKIE_DOMAIN', 'crybabycreations.com');
define('HTTPS_COOKIE_DOMAIN', '.crybabycreations.com');
define('HTTP_COOKIE_PATH', '/');
define('HTTPS_COOKIE_PATH', '/');

define('DIR_WS_HTTPS_CATALOG', '/onlinestore/');
define('DIR_WS_IMAGES', 'images/');
define('DIR_WS_ICONS', DIR_WS_IMAGES . 'icons/');

define('DIR_WS_BOXES', DIR_WS_INCLUDES . 'boxes/');
define('DIR_WS_FUNCTIONS', DIR_WS_INCLUDES . 'functions/');
define('DIR_WS_CLASSES', DIR_WS_INCLUDES . 'classes/');
define('DIR_WS_MODULES', DIR_WS_INCLUDES . 'modules/');
define('DIR_WS_LANGUAGES', DIR_WS_INCLUDES . 'languages/');
... (rest of the settings) ...

The only difference in my configure.php file from your post was the HTTP and HTTPS COOKIE PATHS. I changed mine to match your suggestion. No luck.

Here's my current config file, sans the user info :)
