Capt. Tomato Posted November 23, 2004 Posted November 23, 2004 I'm getting an error when logged in as a customer trying to place an order to ship to an alternate delivery address. When I fill in the address fields and submit, it says "min 5 chars" (minimum 5 characters) and blanks out the Postal Code field. My settings in admin/configuration/minimum_values is set properly to 5 characters (I ship to the US only). No matter how I tweak that setting, it still gives this error. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
