Checkout mod?

Hi,

 

I have a client who would like to,"add 3 radio buttons to the checkout that append one of 3 options to the order:

1. Do not ship unless all products are in stock.

2. Ship items that are in stock and cancel the rest of the order

3. Ship items that are in stock and put the remaining items on back-order"

 

Been hunting around in contribs but didn't see anything. Can someone point me at a contrib before I have to code this up myself? :-"
