Morigan Posted November 22, 2004 Posted November 22, 2004 If a customer stops his shopping process at the check-out stage and then goes and returns to the shopping cart page his goods are no longer there to be cancelled. They stay at the next stage along. How is it best to clear the order if he/she wants to change an order half way through. I have done it by leaving the site and coming back but is that the only way?
