Review Feature For New Use

Hello Im building an online gallery for one-off art works and want to

"convert" the "Write Review"feature to become "View Artists Biography"

 

Is this possible? I dont want the public to be able to write anything to this feature

obviously but I love the idea of being able to read the Artists Bio from every product page.

 

Im also looking at the "write articles" mod which is good but not as nifty as being able to "recycle the Reviews feature.

 

Any Ideas?
