CVV does not appear on "Orders" Page(s)

Our prior post may have missed the mark in identifying our dilemma.


In completing the cart checkout procedures, for customers who pay via credit card, their CVV code is being entered and does appear on the final review page prior to confirmation of the order. This is all done within the 'retail' webstore.


However, when we go to our 'Admin' pages, and then under "Customers" >> "Orders" pages, the credit card CVV code does not appear.


We only see a red button with a white "-" in it, to the far right of where the CVV code is to be.


Then, when we download the orders from osCommerce into our order processing software (Mail Order Manager - M.O.M. [DydaComp]), we do not receive this CVV code.


The CVV code is necessary for two reasons:

First, it gets rid of a lot of credit card / identity fraud.

Second, it gets us a lower processing rate.


Can anyone explain WHY the CVV number is accepted in the checkhout process, but does not appear afterwards in "Admin" >> "Customers" >> "Orders" ... and why it does not later download into our order processing software?


And finally, to you have an answer to make it do what we NEED it to do?
