Cart not staying active.

does anyone know why my login account doesn't stay active.

when i try and check out it doesn't keep the content in my cart.

 

i've tried everything but cant' understand why.

is it in my configure.php file?

Perhaps, you have a problem with session.

 

Are your sessions store in mysql ?

i have the default settings for the session...how do i modify it for it to work.
