error box image

there is an image loaded in /shop/icons/error.gif but it is showing an error on the site. is there an index page or some where else the file should be loading in.

where the image should be on the web page i am getting a box with and x in it what do i need to do to get the image viewable on the site????

Right click on the error on the index page, the one with the "x" in it where the image should be, select properties and see where and what image it is looking for. You should be able to see if it is in the correct directory. Iif it is trying to look in the correct folder for the image, but not showing, then check the image folder permissions.
