Category Box: Display all subdirectory items

How can I display (within my Categories box) the subdirectories underneath the Top Category? Such as:

 

Wedding Accessores (top)

- Guest Book Sets

- Ring Pillows

- Flower Girl Baskets

- Photo Albums

 

Bridal Accessores (top)

- Hair Accessories

- Garters

- Purses

 

And so on. I want to show all the top categories and the subdirectories also. And I want to use an image (text image) for the Main category.

 

The home page concept is going to be this: http://www.verybestweddings.com/home.htm

 

And the store pages are like this:

There are quite a few category box contributions, you should probably look through them and see which is the closest to what you want and go from there.
