Help me with tax rates

Hi everybody,

 

I want to know how to setup my website so it has the,

Sub-Total: $26.00

Total: $26.00

 

With the tax added to it how do you get that to work. I want it to look like the below.

 

Sub-Total: $26.00

Tax (12.5%) $3.25

Total: $29.25

 

Can someone help me with this please.

Hi log into your admin and go to taxes and set your tax rate to 12.5.

 

Then when items are introduced into the store set them up to include tax .

During check out it will give the customer a detailed description "examlpe".

 

Sub-Total: $26.00

Tax (12.5%) $3.25

Total: $29.25

Just play around with it A bit and take the time to have a good look,

During check out other factors such as shipping and postage will also be relevent which will also be desplayed for the customer.
