ePDQ Jump Page Help

Help anyone please . . .

I'm trying to install the ePDQ payment module and have come up against a brick wall. Its the same problem I've read about from other forum users that ePDQ does not like the session ID after the URL. I have installed the contribution and when I specify the whole URL with ID as the Allowed URL it works. And I can't set it to enable Cookies because I'm not on a secure server.

So I believe I have to write a Jump Page - but to a novice like me, this is not much help. Can someone please tell me what it should look like and where it should go?

Thank you in anticipation.

did you solve this in the end? I'm stuck as well.

eg: what goes in the crypt/htpass file?

why do I get

Fatal error: Non-static method EPDQ::PostData() cannot be called statically in C:\public\catalog\includes\modules\payment\ePDQ.php on line 433

all the time?

We gave up on this in the end - we use protx instead.
