Tax problem?

Hello,

 

I upload all my Items /w Easy Populate. In those excel-lists I always

enter the price incl. VAT. When I loaded my itemlists last weekend I

recognized, that all the showen Items in the shop are without Vat/Tax.

 

The most strange thing is, when I try to edit those items via the

admin-menue it shows me the price as I entered it in the excel-form.

Everything is correct but why does the shop show totally different

prices?

 

 

Here an example: (VAT = 16%)

 

Item Price in Excel-List incl. VAT: 20,00Euro (for easy populate) (Pic 1)

Item Price in Admin Menu incl. VAT: 20,00Euro (Pic 2)

Item Price in Admin Menu excl. VAT: 15.15Euro (but VAT is 16%)*? (Pic 2)

Item Price in Shop: 17,57Euro (dunno if its w/ or wo VAT)*? (Pic 3)

Can anyone explain, why there are 3 different prices for one and the

same item? I cannot... please help.

Problem takes a lot of money... and

I cant find support anywhere else.

In store the price is 12% to less...

 

Original price shoud be: 16,62?

Price in List: 16,62?

Price in Shop: 14,59?
