brucesenator Posted November 20, 2004 Posted November 20, 2004 We are using DydaComp's "Mail Order Manager" (M.O.M.) program in house, and downloading our orders from osCommerce directly into M.O.M. However, we are having no success in downloading the credit card security code. Any assistance here? Thank you.
puckett_jw Posted November 20, 2004 Posted November 20, 2004 Just out of curiosity, how are you "downloading our orders from osCommerce directly into M.O.M."? Is it an automated or manual process? Are you pushing your M.O.M. data back up to OSC?
brucesenator Posted November 22, 2004 Author Posted November 22, 2004 Just out of curiosity, how are you "downloading our orders from osCommerce directly into M.O.M."? Is it an automated or manual process? Are you pushing your M.O.M. data back up to OSC? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Our web developer set it up so we could download the orders from osCommerce directly into M.O.M. The problem is that when we 'preview' the orders in osCommerce, the "CVV" field comes up empty. There is though a red button with a "-" sign in the middle of it, to the far right of where the CVV # should be seen in the osCommerce Orders page for any particular order. We have tested out the website. It does accept the CVV number, and when you go to confirm the checkout, the CVV number is there. It is just not appearing in the osCommerce Orders page(s) afterwards. And thus, it is not downloading to M.O.M. As to "pushing" information from M.O.M. back to osCommerce, we need to do just that. We need to update on a daily basis which orders have been "shipped", along with other order tracking information. Thanks, Bruce Senator
