Guest Posted November 19, 2004 Posted November 19, 2004 I have a test store set up with Linkpoint and am testing the Linkpoint API. Well, I'm after clicking the "Confirm Order" button I get the below error message from their web server. I've submitted the problem to their helpdesk, but it's been 24 hours and no reply yet. Since I'm not sure of the problem is on my site I thought maybe some of you have encountered that before? Internal Server Error The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request. Please contact the server administrator, [email protected] and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error. More information about this error may be available in the server error log. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- HP-UX_Apache-based_Web_Server Server at staging.linkpt.net Port 443 Quote
scottrobinson Posted November 23, 2004 Posted November 23, 2004 It looks like you may be submitting to the wrong port. Try doing port 1129, not port 443. Also, if that doesn't work try the Linkpoint Connect module. I have a test store set up with Linkpoint and am testing the Linkpoint API. scottrobinson Posted November 23, 2004 Posted November 23, 2004 Then you don't need a port number. Call Linkpoint and have them activate Linkpoint Connect on your account- you don't have it on your account.
