This may not be the professional way to fix it but it kinda fixes itself the way OSC naturally works. In the Admin go Modules-Shipping and REMOVE any mouldes you have installed but are not using and maybe set to False. This worked for me! If it had not have I would have also removed UPS and USPS and done a reinstall of the UPS and the USPS modules from the Admin-Modules page and then seen if that had worked. Happy Shopping :)
