Fatal error: Failed opening required 'includes/functions/general.php' (include_path='') in /home/sites/site40/web/catalog/install/includes/application.php on line 22 Please Help

Vger <{POST_SNAPBACK}> yes i have uploaded the files but when when i try to access it to run the install program that when i get the error i.e whatever the name of the site is /catalog this is the point at which it fails ... :thumbsup:

You need to make sure that it is indeed there. Also in what format did you upload your php files? The should be uploaded in ASCII format or you can have some problems. Read the knowledgebase on the install and make sure you have not left out any steps. The Knowledge Base is a wonderful thing. Do you have a problem? Have you checked out Common Problems? There are many very useful osC Contributions Are you having trouble with a installed contribution? Have you checked out the support thread found Here BACKUP BACKUP BACKUP!!! You did backup, right??
