customer orders problem

hi,

 

i have a big problem.

 

i am receiving orders from customers but sometimes i only receive payment, i dont receive an order process, the site does not register the order. so i dont know what the customer has ordered, for now all i can do is keep refunding my customers the money and asking then to replace there orders.

 

please, please can someone help me.

 

is any one else having this problem!!!!!!

Are your customers paying with Paypal?

 

If YES, they are not completing the WHOLE order - they must pay with paypal and right at the end click the continue button.

 

I have had quiet a few customer who have done this because the order looks complete from paypal. There is a contribution to take them back to your store and complete the order - i don't know which one it is though, you should look in the cotnributions section.

It's correct that the PayPal IPN Contribution has auto-return built in, but you can also use the original osCommerce module and activate the 'auto-return' feature via your PayPal account.

Thanks Vger, that was much easier than the contribution. I just went to paypal to the merchant tools section and turned auto-return on!
