HELP > "Your Email Address does not appear ..."

I am getting this error when a customer tries to register. It says their email is invalid (which they are not). I have the minimum number of characters for email at 2. Is there anything else I need to change?

 

This is a fresh install of osComm and I've never seen this error before, specifically when the email is actually valid.
