Problem sending mail

Hi,

I have a problem with an Oscommerce 2.2ms2.

When I try to send any mail (i.e.: in "forgot your password"), I receive this message:

 

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: mail() in /var/www/opensource/oscommerce/includes/classes/email.php on line 502

 

the configuration for Email options is Ok:

 

 

E-Mail Transport Method sendmail

E-Mail Linefeeds LF

Use MIME HTML When Sending Emails false

Verify E-Mail Addresses Through DNS false

Send E-Mails true

 

I?m running the shop over Fedora 2, and I have no problem sending messages with my own sendmail server.

 

I edited email.php and THERE IS NO A FUNCTION CALLED "mail()"....

 

Please, can you help me?.
